Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Xylo Impact S.R.L., is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

- managing the business relationship and orders: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

Every order placed with Xylo Impact S.R.L. is governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail over any other document.
Sales made through this website are intended for professional buyers (timber merchants, distributors, landscapers, fencing contractors, local authorities, farms). Private individuals and small quantities are directed to our distributor network.
Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale place the contractual relationship under Belgian law and give exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of the district of Nivelles (Belgium).
For sales concluded with consumers on Romanian territory, the mandatory provisions of Romanian consumer law remain applicable. Consumers have the right to complain to the ANPC (Autoritatea Nationala pentru Protectia Consumatorilor, www.anpc.ro) and may use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure before the ANPC's SAL Directorate.

As wood is a natural material, variations in appearance, colour and dimensions are inherent to the product and are governed by the tolerances defined in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
